What we are looking for:
- Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
- Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, and/or presenting to adult groups
- Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
- Own a car with insurance for business use (mileage paid) or have access to suitable transport
- An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
About the Role:
- Deliver training courses and assessments to a professional and consistent standard
- Maintain professional competence in line with organisational requirements
- Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
- Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to ensure high standards
- Pilot new training initiatives as needed
- Complete and submit course documentation accurately and promptly
