Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality first aid and mental health first aid training to a wide range of learners, both online and on‑site.
• Permanently maintain punctuality, strong organisational and time‑management skills, and a consistent training schedule.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid work is not available for trainers. The role is largely in‑person, with occasional online delivery depending on bookings. Trainers are generally expected to be on‑site for the majority of their work.

Career Development & Progression

Trainers have the opportunity to achieve a recognised Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET). For the right candidate, progression opportunities and continuous professional development (CPD) are also offered.

From day one, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding, training and induction process, including full First Aid training and Mental Health First Aid training, ensuring that you have the confidence and skills to lead your classes effectively from the start.

Opportunity to Teach a Variety of Courses

In addition to standard first aid courses, you may be invited to deliver training in other key areas such as mental health first aid, community response programmes and other essentialaving skills.
