The ERP Platform team, part of Platforms and Delivery Division, is responsible for managing and maintaining SJP’s Unit4 ERP system, deployed in a SaaS model, ensuring the smooth operation of system processes, automations, and interfaces, as well as handling Unit4 upgrades, governance, and compliance activities. Its primary focus is delivering a backlog of continuous improvement enhancements and critical changes, while also collaborating with Unit4 partners and third parties on larger-scale initiatives involving the ERP system, covering design, build, and testing activities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing amendment logging and data control configuration.
- Implementing data archiving and deletion routines across finance, HR and payroll.
- Reviewing and streamlining of existing automations (Intellagent) including AG16 code.
- Managing conflicting priorities, controlling the quality and integrity of the system and managing project budgets.
- Building strong relationships with our key stakeholders around the business and effectively communicating with all levels to ensure teams are engaged with the strategy.
Who we’re looking for:
- We are looking for an experienced Unit 4 subject matter expert who can demonstrate a proven track record across a diverse range of ERP change requests and projects.
- Experience of designing and implementing complex solutions using the Unit4 ERP product and delivering business and systems consultancy.
- Ability to design and implement advanced solutions across a broad range of Unit4 ERP modules, with particular focus on Financials, Logistics and Common.
- Proficiency in the use of SQL in reporting, alerting and automation.
- Good familiarity with UNIT4 API and automation techniques.
- Familiarity with Unit4 public APIs and Extension Kit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with experience of managing stakeholder relationships across different levels.
Special Requirements:
- Some business travel may be necessary.
