What We're Looking For
- A proven background in wealth management, private banking, financial services or similar client-facing roles.
- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience, ideally in client facing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or working towards Level 4 Diploma Status.
Training & Development
Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s adviser development pathway. How we support you:
- A fully funded professional development programme, providing training and support required to achieve your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- If you hold a Level 4 Diploma, we will support you in achieving CAS, if not yet attained.
- Practical exposure to real client work and long-term progression.
- Support from the UK’s leading wealth management organisation.
- Employed and Self Employed opportunities.
