What you’ll be doing:

We’re building a centre of excellence for development content, and this role sits at the heart of it. As a Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, evolving, and managing development content across the end-to-end journey for new Partners and Advisers at St. James’s Place within our award-winning Financial Adviser Academy. This includes producing engaging content, detailed lesson plans, and ‘train the trainer’ materials, ensuring all resources and training content are fit for purpose and compliant. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery leads to transform technical knowledge into engaging, audience-first content that is strategically aligned, behaviourally driven, and designed to deliver measurable impact, meeting the evolving needs of our delegates and clients.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Background in one or more of: learning design and needs analysis, content strategy, L&D communications, digital content, internal communications, instructional design.
  • Experience creating content within regulated environments or professional development.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into audience-led, behaviour driven content.
  • Experience in writing and developing training content, including lesson plans, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
  • Strong writing, structuring and/or visual content design skills to produce engaging training content, including lesson plans, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
