Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you like to flex your problem solving skills and seeing queries through to resolution? Well we’re looking to add to our Partner Remuneration team here at St James's Place and this could be just the opportunity you’re looking for. You’ll spend your day as part of a dedicated team responsible for answering phone and email queries from our Partners on their remuneration issues. Fear not if you don’t have the experience in remuneration already, we are confident on coaching you to be comfortable dealing with all manner of queries. As long as you’re willing to learn, approachable and have great communication skills, then we’re happy to invest in your development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Investigate and resolve a wide range of Partner queries received via email and phone calls.
  • Deliver a professional and high-quality customer service to the Partnership in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Host presentations to Partners and internal stakeholders on all aspects of Partner Remuneration.
  • Process fee amendments and adjustments as required to correct processing errors and oversights.
  • Analyse and interrogate remuneration data to ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You should be a problem solver and comfortable dealing with Partner queries on the sensitive matter that is their earnings. So having the customer service skills to handle these issues is crucial.
  • Service focused with previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
