About the Role:

We are looking for a Professional Development and Standards Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role plays an important part in supporting the Partnership and Field Management Team by ensuring key professional standards, accreditation and regulatory activities are delivered accurately and efficiently. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will provide guidance, administrative support and oversight across a range of accreditation, licensing, CPD and regulatory processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. Whether your experience comes from Financial Services or another professional environment, we are looking for someone who can quickly build relationships, manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running the recharge process for professional body memberships and examination fees, ensuring costs are allocated accurately to Partner Practices and employee cost centres.
  • Monitoring accreditation and licensing activity, investigating anomalies and working with third-party providers to resolve any issues.
  • Coordinating reaccreditation exercises, including communications, tracking completion rates and escalating any non-completion or areas of concern.
  • Managing accreditation examination fourth-attempt requests and special consideration applications in line with established policies.
  • Supporting advisers with the recording of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities and providing guidance on reflective statements.
  • Overseeing the annual Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) renewal process and ensuring records are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating professional body CPD audits and ensuring all requirements are completed to the required standard.
  • Managing shared inboxes, responding to stakeholder queries and maintaining agreed service levels.
  • Ensuring regulatory notifications are submitted accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Producing, monitoring and analysing data and reports to support accreditation, licensing and regulatory processes.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, advisers, Field Management Teams and external providers to deliver a high-quality service.

About You

You'll be an organised and diligent professional who enjoys balancing a variety of tasks and priorities within a busy environment. You may already have experience within Financial Services, compliance, learning and development, operations or administration, but most importantly you'll be comfortable working independently, picking up new processes quickly and building effective working relationships with a variety of people. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. You'll be self-sufficient, adaptable and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong administration or coordination experience within a professional environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders via email, telephone and written communications.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
  • Exposure to compliance, accreditation, learning and development, training administration or professional standards activities.
  • Experience producing reports, analysing data or monitoring completion activity.
  • Knowledge of FCA requirements, Training &Competency frameworks or Continuing Professional Development processes.
