The role:

This is a national role responsible for attracting high-quality Advice Professionals into our Partnership. You will work across multiple recruitment lanes, supporting businesses at different stages of development and of varying scale, to ensure individuals with the right capability, cultural alignment, and risk profile join the Partnership at the appropriate time.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Deliver excellent client outcomes by ensuring SJP has sufficient quantity and quality of Partners and Advisers for our clients
  • Creation of recruitment activity, such as identifying and engaging the highest quality potential recruits
  • Be responsible for Insights, Business Planning, Proposition to Recruit, Proposition to Clients
  • Develop quality relationships with all potential new and existing applications
  • Support and engage with our Partners on creating compelling propositions for new recruits
  • Ensures that appropriate processes as prescribed by the company are followed to enable all recruitment and selection to be undertaken in a controlled and professional manner, thus maintaining the image and reputation of SJP and the Partnership
  • Work collaboratively with all internal key team members across SJP
  • Enhance SJP\’s brand and reputation with positive engagement and awareness of SJP
