The role:
This is a proactive, externally facing role where you’ll identify, engage and nurture high-quality prospective advisers through targeted outbound activity. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll help create meaningful recruitment conversations that shape the future of our Partnership.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Proactively researching, identifying and engaging prospective advisers through outbound channels, including telephone and digital outreach.
- Using marketing tools and data to target and attract high-quality prospects across defined recruitment lanes.
- Building and nurturing prospect relationships, positioning the SJP proposition clearly and credibly.
- Creating qualified recruitment meetings for Partnership and Academy Recruitment Managers.
- Working closely with the wider recruitment team to meet agreed activity targets, KPIs and recruitment outcomes.
- Ensuring all engagement is delivered in line with SJP processes, values and brand standards.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for telephone-based engagement, including making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Positive, resilient mindset, with the motivation to persevere through objections and maintain momentum.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle high activity volumes, follow processes and work towards agreed targets or outcomes.
- Experience in a phone-based, customer-facing or outreach role.
- Exposure to CRM systems or structured activity tracking tools.
