The role involves delivering a professional service, focusing on quality, service and relationships, and being the first point of contact for all visitors to the SJP buildings. Responsibilities include:
- Greet all Visitors, Clients and Partners, providing a professional and welcoming service.
- Provide a professional switchboard service, re-directing calls as appropriate.
- Maintain security of Reception areas, monitoring access and ensuring adherence to internal security policies.
- Facilitate corporate meeting room bookings for employees and Partners.
- Support the wider Operations Support team, acting as the location interface with Corporate Real Estate.
- Coordinate and manage the bookings of visitor parking and electric vehicle charging arrangements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Develop and review processes and ways of working to improve efficiency.
Essential Criteria:
- Must be able to work at our Newcastle Location 5 days a week.
