About the Role We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital and Content team. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing integrated media strategies that drive brand consideration, engagement and lead generation across the funnel. Working closely with our Brand and Campaign teams, you'll lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple channels, helping to deliver measurable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on using insight, innovation and optimisation to deliver outstanding results and customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing About You You'll be a motivated performance marketer with a strong understanding of paid media and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and a highly analytical mindset.
