About the role:

The Operations Support Coordinator role is an entry-level role that will provide a professional administrative and operational support service to a team of Wealth Managers, assisting them to deliver targets, manage workflows and achieve objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the wider operations and Wealth Management teams in line with Partnership Support's agreed ‘menu of services’.
  • Assist with travel booking, document preparation, minute-taking and other administrative tasks to support the Partnership.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of Partnership events, both during the build-up and on the day, to ensure they run efficiently.
  • Develop an awareness of the Partnership Directorate business plan to ensure activity is aligned to delivery against our strategic priorities.
  • Review processes and ways of working to improve efficiency and adapt to business needs.

About you:

You will be a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable in handling multiple priorities whilst maintaining a professional standard of service. You'll be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy building relationships across the business to grow your knowledge and development within the role.

  • Confident in the full Microsoft suite, including basic Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in a corporate/office environment.
