The role:

In this role, you will deliver high-quality executive support to the Chief People Officer, enabling the smooth and effective management of day-to-day activities. You will work in close partnership with the Business Manager to align priorities, anticipate upcoming demands, and support the delivery of the Chief People Officer's key objectives. Using sound judgement and a high level of discretion, you will act as a trusted gatekeeper, confidently handling sensitive matters on behalf of the Chief People Officer where appropriate. A core responsibility will be the proactive and strategic management of the Chief People Officer's inbox, ensuring timely responses, effective prioritisation, and appropriate escalation of critical issues. You will also own the coordination of complex diary and meeting arrangements, including overseeing external meetings, accurately recording decisions and actions, and actively tracking follow-ups to maintain momentum and accountability. You will continuously review and enhance ways of working to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and time management for the Chief People Officer.
