About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and strategically minded Digital Content Management & Governance Lead to take end‑to‑end ownership of our enterprise content platforms, including our Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, Bynder. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the Business Product Owner—driving platform strategy, governance, adoption, and optimisation across a complex, regulated financial services environment. You’ll ensure our content ecosystem operates efficiently, compliantly, and in full support of Marketing, advisers, and the wider business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the vision, roadmap, and enhancements for our enterprise content management platform (including DAM).
  • Overseeing platform implementation, integration, and alignment with marketing, compliance, and content workflows.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for requirements, platform upgrades, and vendor relationships.
  • Translating business needs into user stories and prioritised backlogs in partnership with Business Analysts.
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong governance framework covering metadata, taxonomy, workflows, and content lifecycle.
  • Ensuring all content meets regulatory, compliance, and audit standards.
  • Driving user onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption across Marketing and business teams.
  • Creating best‑practice guidance, playbooks, and governance documentation.
  • Measuring platform performance and user engagement to identify improvements and optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, Compliance, Technology, and Risk teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • Supporting integrations between content platforms and the wider digital ecosystem.
  • Producing reporting on platform usage, compliance metrics, and content performance.

Essential criteria:

  • Significant experience as a Product Owner, Digital Content Manager, or similar role managing enterprise content platforms (e.g., Bynder, Seismic, Adobe).
  • Strong understanding of content governance, metadata, taxonomy, and workflow design.
  • Proven experience working in regulated industries—ideally financial services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.

Desirable skills:

  • Formal Product Owner or Agile certification (e.g., CSPO).
  • Experience integrating DAMs or content systems with marketing automation, CRM, or digital delivery platforms.
