About The Role
As a key member of the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the learning experience across the business. Working alongside the Head of L&D Consultancy with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and stakeholder engagement, and the Head of Digital Content with the design and delivery of content. You’ll be instrumental in developing engaging learning solutions that empower Partners and Employees to grow their skills, knowledge, and commercial acumen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify learning needs that align with business strategy.
- Support consultancy and needs analysis as part of the ADDIE model.
- Design and develop engaging, effective learning content using instructional design principles.
- Collaborate across a matrix organisation as a subject matter expert in consultancy and instructional design.
- Apply agile processes and champion best practices in accessibility and learning excellence.
- Ensure all learning content aligns with the L&D strategy, brand guidelines, and culture.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced L&D professional with strong consultancy and instructional design skills. You’ll be confident working with stakeholders at all levels to translate business needs into engaging learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, diligent, and passionate about creating innovative and impactful learning experiences.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of the ADDIE model
- Instructional design consultancy skills
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and consultancy.
- Good understanding of Digital Learning Platforms
Desirable Skills:
- Championing accessibility best practices and inclusive learning design.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other e-learning authoring tools.
