About the Role As a Risk Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our Partner Practices grow safely and sustainably by championing a forward-looking, data-led approach to risk management. Acting as a trusted risk specialist, you'll work closely with Partner Practices and internal stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate risks, while supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements and best practice. This is a varied and influential role that combines risk expertise with stakeholder engagement, enabling you to make a meaningful impact across our Partnership. You'll provide guidance on regulatory matters, identify emerging risks and trends, and help drive positive outcomes for both our Partners and clients. What You'll Be Doing About You A Risk professional who is comfortable operating within a regulated environment and influencing a wide range of stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of risk management principles and financial services regulation, and you're confident using data and insight to identify trends, assess risk and recommend practical solutions. You'll enjoy building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with Partner Practices and colleagues across the business. Equally, you'll be comfortable challenging where appropriate, balancing commercial considerations with effective risk oversight to support sustainable business growth.
