This role is to coordinate and support all aspects of the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and development of the SJP Early in Careers (EC) Programmes. This role spans all aspects of EC and will be the main point of contact Internally and externally for our programmes.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Support the EC Attraction & Recruitment Partners in creating an events calendar for the year showing all activities and timelines to deliver the EC programmes (events, job posting times lines, screening periods, on-campus activity, and assessments etc.)
- Assist in creating and setting up and attending EC events which will booking venues and external speakers, manage the online candidate application portal & oversee candidate registrations.
- Collate feedback from the participants (candidates, assessors) of all events and help to consolidate the feedback post event to understand where improvements could be made.
- Support with the screening of applications and video interviews
- Assist the business and partnership with work experience enquires and ensure that all work experience students are onboarded into the business & compliant.
- Record and report all work experience volunteering days to the Responsible Business team.
- Be the subject matter expert for queries, offering exceptional candidate experience customer service for all candidates and line managers through the EiC share point site and EiC email inbox.
- Admin management for assessment centres (AC\’s) e.g., securing dates of AC\’s sourcing assessors (HR & business) & booking event spaces.
- Collaborate with the HR People Services team to ensure the onboarding experience for all EiC hires is best in class.
- Responsible for organizing, monitoring & recording the learning and development activity for all EC employees & attending events onsite and offsite when required.
- Collaborate with the MI & Data team within People Function to ensure there is Integrity in EC data and reports.
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge of recruitment from either Early Career or an experienced hiring background. Experience of setting up and overseeing the successful delivery of recruitment events (Interview assessments as well as offsite learning events or similar)
- Providing pre-defined feedback to candidates & line leaders following assessments.
- Previous experience in working with large data sets and drawing insights.
- Experience of working in a fast paced and multi-faceted role where conflicting timescales and priorities are common and the environment is constantly changing.
- Demonstrable customer service experience.
- Confident use of MS products, e.g., excel, PowerPoint, MS forms
- Understand the benefits of automation and how processes can be Improved
Special Requirements:
Occasional travel across the UK may be required. During recruitment season, you will be required to support in-person assessment events in our offices when required.
