About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support Partner recruitment through the delivery and optimisation of our external websites and digital applications. This role sits at the heart of digital recruitment marketing, where you'll manage CMS platforms, support the delivery of engaging content, and support digital campaigns that attract future talent. You'll play a key role in enhancing user experience, analysing website and email performance, and contributing to a data-driven digital marketing strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and updating recruitment websites and digital marketing collateral, including supporting the delivery of engaging content
  • Building and delivering email marketing campaigns and automation journeys using Pardot or Marketing Cloud, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Monitoring and analysing website and email performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing reports and insights to inform strategy
  • Overseeing lead enquiry processes across recruitment websites to improve efficiency and enhance candidate experience
  • Working collaboratively with SEO Lead to ensure best practices are followed
  • Tracking KPIs and ensuring alignment to brand and marketing objectives
  • Offering expert advice to digital marketing requests and creating briefs in a timely manner
  • Championing digital marketing best practices and co-ordinating effectively across stakeholders and teams

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong technical knowledge and a passion for innovation, you'll be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience using CMS platforms (ideally Drupal and/or Tridion) to manage and update websites, with a good understanding of associated workflows
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, email marketing platforms such as Pardot or Marketing Cloud (including automation), and SEO performance tools
  • Ability to understand digital marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry or FCA regulatory environment
  • Understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce reporting
  • Ability to adapt content to digital platforms
