The Programme and Project Delivery team is comprised of Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Agile Delivery professionals, working collaboratively to drive efficient change delivery. The Solution Train Engineer will have strong Agile experience with a proven track record of leading coordination and orchestration across multiple Release Trains and complex programmes. The main purpose of the role is to ensure alignment, orchestration and delivery across multiple ARTs and suppliers so end-to-end solutions land as intended. You will operate above individual ARTs, ensuring large-scale initiatives are aligned, sequenced and delivered cohesively across domains. This role focuses on managing cross-train dependencies, architectural alignment, integrated planning and enterprise-level risk. You will ensure that large, multi-stream initiatives - such as major data platform upgrades, data product development, or new capability rollouts - progress in a coordinated and controlled manner.
