About the role As a Senior Marketing Support Specialist, you'll play a key role within the Marketing Support & Advice function, supporting the delivery and ongoing maintenance of Partner websites across the Partnership. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll provide consultancy and guidance on complex website requests, ensuring solutions meet Partner objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements, brand standards and internal policies. You'll work closely with Partners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver exceptional service, contribute to platform improvement projects, support user acceptance testing, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding digital experiences. What you'll be doing About you You're an agile highly organised and proactive digital marketing professional with strong CMS expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and stakeholder experiences. You combine technical understanding with commercial awareness, enabling you to balance Partner objectives, business priorities and regulatory requirements when making decisions. A natural problem solver and communicator, you're confident handling complex requests, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
