You’ll be inquisitive, thorough and consistently well organised, with a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and structured processes, collaborates well with others, and takes pride in getting things right first time, rather than approaching work in a purely creative or conceptual way.

- Coordinating the accurate and timely movement of individuals across Academy & Early Years cohorts
- Delivering recognition achievements throughout the Academy & Early Years journey
- Maintaining high standards of data quality, accuracy and reconciliation across cohort populations
- Producing evaluation and management information reporting, including monthly MI (or equivalent) packs
- Monitoring reporting to identify trends, risks and areas of concern
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of Academy & Early Years processes and systems
- Managing effective handovers and ensuring Academy & Early Years records are kept up to date
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the Academy and wider business
- Supporting operational planning and workflow management to help deliver programme objectives
- Operating in line with Consumer Duty requirements to ensure good customer outcomes
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong prioritisation, organisation and workload management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle data accurately and precisely
- Strong IT capability, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience using Power BI and/or Salesforce
- Previous experience in population management, programme delivery or operational reporting
- Ability to analyse trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights
What’s in it for you?
We reward you for the work you do, whether that’s through our discretionary annual bonus scheme that reflects both personal and company performance, competitive annual leave allowance (28 days plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days), or online rewards platform with a variety of discounts. We also have benefits to support whatever stage of life you are in, including:
- Competitive parental leave (26 weeks full pay)
- Private medical insurance (optional taxable benefit)
- 10% non‑contributory pension (increasing with length of service)
