About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and innovative marketing professional to take ownership of the development, management and continuous improvement of our Partner marketing assets. Acting as the central point of expertise for Partner-facing marketing resources, you'll transform Partner insight, business priorities and market intelligence into scalable tools, campaigns and resources that help Partners market their businesses more effectively. Working closely with Marketing Consultants and specialist teams across the business, you'll find opportunities to improve Partner engagement, drive adoption of marketing solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll also play a key role in using emerging technologies and AI-enabled approaches to ensure our marketing support remains innovative, impactful and aligned with best practice.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the strategy, development and ongoing optimisation of Partner marketing assets, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging and aligned to business priorities.
- Translating Partner feedback, consultancy recommendations, market insights and business requirements into scalable marketing campaigns, tools and resources.
- Collaborating with Marketing Consultants, Campaigns, Content, Social Media and other specialist teams to create and deliver high-quality Partner-facing marketing solutions.
- Engaging with Partners and stakeholders to gather feedback, find opportunities and continuously improve marketing asset adoption and effectiveness.
- Monitoring performance, utilisation and engagement data to inform future development priorities and recommendations.
- Identifying and implementing innovative technologies, automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and improve efficiency.
- Championing marketing best practice, governance and brand standards across all Partner-facing materials.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments, market trends and evolving Partner needs to ensure marketing support remains relevant and effective.

Essential Criteria
- Significant experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns, assets or propositions that drive engagement and business results.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to establish relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
- Experience using customer insight, performance data and market intelligence to develop, optimise and continuously improve marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging marketing technologies, automation and/or AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness, improve processes and deliver value.
Desirable Criteria
- Understanding of the UK Wealth Management market and the marketing challenges and opportunities facing adviser and Partner businesses.
- Experience working within Wealth Management, Financial Services or another regulated industry.
