The Role:
We have an exciting new role known internally as an Application Specialist - You will play a key role in delivering a personalised and seamless application journey for new Partners and Financial Advisers joining St. James's Place. You'll work closely with team members across Recruitment, Regulatory Authorisations, and wider Operations, ensuring every recruit receives clear guidance, timely support and a positive onboarding experience. This is a people-centred role where your attention to detail, organisation, and ability to build strong relationships will directly influence the success of new Partners and Advisers.
