About The Role
As a senior leader within our Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the strategy, delivery and optimisation of our corporate and Partner digital estate. This is a high impact role where you’ll shape how our digital platforms perform across the UK and Asia, ensuring they are accessible, engaging and aligned to audience needs. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on leadership, leading specialist teams, agency partners and significant development budgets to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development, optimisation and day-to-day management of corporate and Partner digital platforms, ensuring usability, accessibility and performance excellence.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal technology, design, experience and marketing teams, as well as key external partners and agencies.
- Leading and developing a team of digital marketing specialists, setting clear objectives and supporting individual and team growth.
- Driving innovation and creativity across digital platforms to enhance audience experience, engagement and community building.
- Managing multiple concurrent development budgets, ensuring spend is optimised and aligned with business priorities.
- Reviewing and rationalising digital platforms and third party suppliers to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Setting standards and best practice for digital communications across the business, empowering stakeholders through guidance and education.
- Defining KPIs and performance frameworks to continually optimise digital platform performance.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced digital leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll bring a consultative mindset, balancing commercial awareness with a strong focus on user experience and regulatory compliance. As a people-focused leader, you’ll be comfortable challenging senior stakeholders, making evidence-led decisions and inspiring teams to deliver high quality digital outcomes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience leading digital platform development and optimisation within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven people management experience, including setting objectives, managing performance and developing specialist teams.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, digital experience platforms and delivery methodologies, including UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and negotiate at senior levels.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience working within financial services, including knowledge of Financial Promotions regulations.
- Understanding of complex partnership or network based business models and how digital platforms support them.
Special Requirements:
The role is a blend of office and home based, although travel to other locations and events is likely, with occasional requirement for overnight stay.
