About the Role We're looking for an experienced actuarial modelling specialist to join our Finance function as a Financial Modelling Lead. This role offers the opportunity to become a key expert within our specialist actuarial modelling capability, helping to shape the future direction of our modelling environment and the solutions that underpin critical business decisions. Working closely with the Head of Financial Modelling, you'll lead the development and enhancement of actuarial models that support regulatory reporting, financial planning, forecasting, capital assessment and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex modelling challenges, driving innovation and influencing how actuarial modelling is delivered. You'll join at an exciting time as we continue to improve our actuarial modelling estate following a migration to a modern modelling platform. With responsibility for models that project customer cashflow and liabilities over long-term horizons and support operations across Europe and Asia, you'll have the chance to create an impact on the efficiency, capability and future evolution of our modelling environment. What You'll Be Doing About You You're an experienced actuarial modelling professional who thrives on technical problem-solving and enjoys taking ownership of complex modelling challenges. You bring deep modelling expertise, strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business requirements into effective actuarial solutions. Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a sophisticated actuarial modelling environment while working as a recognised technical specialist rather than in a people management role.
