You'll collaborate with a variety of colleagues across Marketing, Digital, Technology and Customer teams, playing a key role in building a more insight-led and data-informed organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering insight and performance analysis across websites, digital channels, mobile applications and customer communications.
  • Developing and maintaining measurement frameworks that support business, marketing and customer objectives.
  • Analysing customer journeys and behavioural data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation.
  • Creating dashboards, reporting and visualisations that support business decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, engagement activity and digital initiatives, translating findings into practical recommendations.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Technology and Customer teams to improve digital performance and develop a culture of evidence-based decision making.

About You

You'll enjoy using data to uncover insights, solve problems and influence better business decisions. Curious, analytical and commercially aware, you'll be comfortable translating complex information into clear recommendations that create value for both customers and the business.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across different teams and using insight to help shape priorities, improve performance and support continuous improvement.
