About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and diligent CSAs & Assignments Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Partner Finance Operations team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of Client Servicing Agreements (CSAs) and Assignment transactions, ensuring cases are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and our commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business, providing guidance, building positive relationships and helping to continuously improve processes and the overall Partner experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Assignment and CSA transactions from initiation through to completion, ensuring all activities are completed within agreed service levels and control frameworks.
- Case managing transactions in line with Commercial Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and Consumer Duty requirements to support good client outcomes.
- Compiling valuations for SJP-owned income streams in accordance with established processes and quality standards.
- Providing advice and guidance to Financial Management Teams (FMTs), Partners and key stakeholders on Assignment and CSA-related matters.
- Supporting the smooth transfer of client relationships following business sales, Partner departures and servicing arrangement changes.
- Attending Leavers & Client Servicing Solutions forums, supporting decision tracking and documenting actions and outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with divisional teams, administration centres and other key stakeholders to ensure an effective pipeline of new and existing cases.
- Finding opportunities to improve processes, controls and service delivery, and supporting the implementation of operational enhancements.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensuring all work supports fair customer outcomes and business objectives.
About You
You're a proactive and collaborative operations professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong risk awareness. Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, you can confidently communicate complex information and build effective working relationships across the business.
Experience working within an operations, administration or business support environment, ideally within financial services.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data, manage valuations and produce accurate outputs.
Experience using Salesforce and My Practice, with the ability to manage workflows and case activity effectively.
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work accurately within policy, regulatory and control frameworks.
Experience using Power Apps to manage workflow and case management processes.
Knowledge of Partner remuneration, wealth management operations, client servicing agreements, assignments or similar financial services processes.
Essential Criteria
