- Identifying key risks within applications (e.g., financial issues, disciplinary history, previous business activities) and advancing nonâstandard cases to senior colleagues
- Crafting documentation for review by the Appointments Consultant
- Maintaining high accuracy within our CRM tool â Salesforce and other internal systems
- Providing clear, professional mentorship or guidance to partners and managers for applications
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in one of the following areas: financial services, onboarding, compliance, risk or documentation, or a similarly regulated or methodical environment
- Demonstrable experience in drafting highâquality documentation or reporting
- Ability to work to procedures and maintain high levels of accuracy when processing information
Desirable Criteria
- Awareness of FCA Fitness & Propriety requirements or regulated vetting processes
- Experience reviewing applications, carrying out checks or handling sensitive information
- Experience supporting applicants, collaborators or customers within a regulated setting
- Exposure to risk assessment, due diligence or investigative administrative work
Whatâs in it for you?
We reward you for the work you do, whether thatâs through our discretionary annual bonus scheme that reflects both personal and company performance, competitive annual leave allowance (28 days plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days), or online rewards platform with a variety of discounts. We also have benefits to support whatever stage of life you are in, including:
- Competitive parental leave (26 weeks full pay)
- Private medical insurance (optional taxable benefit)
- 10% nonâcontributory pension (increasing with length of service)
