Are you an enthusiastic Client Servicing Administrator who could fulfil a vital support function within a busy Financial Services and Wealth Management office? You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Plc. The company won a Small Business of the Year award in 2022 and provides bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of clients, individuals, high net worth individuals, families and businesses.

The Role:

  • You will be part of the practice support team of 5, liaising with clients, providers, third parties, dealing with new business enquiries, and supporting 4 advisors.
  • You will be preparing regulatory paperwork for advisers to take to client meetings and completing post meeting actions for our clients.
  • Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of communication with the team around you.
  • Submitting new business and fund transfers using bespoke software.
  • Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes.

The Person:

  • Preferably 2 years experience in a client servicing support role within a Financial Services environment. Ideally within another SJP Practice.
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs.
  • It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
