To provide expert advice and guidance to the FMT & Partnership on all aspects of Partner Finance Operations processes and any related matters. Supporting the Operations Team Leader in assessing and processing requests received and ensuring cases are appropriately prioritised and they’re acknowledged.
What you\’ll be doing:
- To be accountable for the autonomous processing of a range of Operations requests and queries, varying in complexity and ensure that all parties are fully aware of next steps and progress.
- To support the operations SME’s (Subject Matter Expert) with the co-ordination of processes by executing Transfers and Partnership queries to meet time scales required.
- To adopt a ‘continuous improvements’ mindset, ensuring that any identified processes gaps result in an enhanced quality control framework and, where applicable, appropriate training actions.
Essential Criteria
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office package, intermediate level in Excel (e.g. VLookUp, CountIf formulas, pivot tables).
- Experienced in a similar Co-Ordinator role or similar working environment, used to high volume task orientated roles
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Criteria
- Salesforce experience
- Previous exposure to coding (e.g., SQL and Power BI) is an advantage.
