About the role

As a Senior Marketing Support Specialist, you'll play a key role within the Marketing Support & Advice function, supporting the delivery and ongoing maintenance of Partner websites across the Partnership. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll provide consultancy and guidance on complex website requests, ensuring solutions meet Partner objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements, brand standards and internal policies.

You'll work closely with Partners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver exceptional service, contribute to platform improvement projects, support user acceptance testing, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day delivery of Partner website services, ensuring websites remain compliant, on-brand, high quality and delivered within agreed service standards.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Partner websites, providing specialist guidance and consultancy on complex website requests and requirements.
  • Handling and resolving escalated Partner and stakeholder queries, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative solutions.
  • Working closely with development and technical teams to support the delivery of platform enhancements, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake comprehensive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating functionality, content accuracy, accessibility, user experience and compliance prior to deployment.
  • Analysing Partner feedback, operational trends and service performance to find opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the Partner experience, and deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Supporting the onboarding, training and mentoring of colleagues, promoting guideline consistency and operational excellence across the team.
  • Building positive relationships with Partners and internal stakeholders, providing expert advice and influencing positive outcomes aligned to business objectives.

About you

You're an agile highly organised and proactive digital marketing professional with strong CMS expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and stakeholder experiences. You combine technical understanding with commercial awareness, enabling you to balance Partner objectives, business priorities and regulatory requirements when making decisions. A natural problem solver and communicator, you're confident handling complex requests, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience managing and maintaining websites using content management systems (CMS), with advanced knowledge across multiple platforms.
  • Experience supporting digital projects and delivering thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring functionality, content accuracy, compliance and user experience standards are met.
  • Strong attention to detail required and highly capable of accurately reviewing materials and requests through a Marketing lens, questioning anything that isn’t clear regarding initiative and approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling customer issues, conducting root cause analysis and driving service improvements within a regulated environment.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Case Management, or similar case management platforms.

Please note: This role is based in our Cirencester Head Office, 3 days a week with occasional travel to other locations as required.
