St. James's Place, Cirencester, is seeking an experienced Problem Analyst to manage the lifecycle of problems across services, systems and infrastructure. You will work with Value Stream Leaders, Business Owners and Technology teams to drive reliable services and reporting on RCAs and CARs. Reporting to the Head of Service Management and Controls, you will oversee problem management within a mature ITIL environment, chair CAR meetings, and ensure effective penetration of fixes and patches.
