We’re looking for a driven finance professional to support the timely and accurate delivery of the Group’s financial position. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Financial Reporting team, contributing to the preparation, analysis and review of financial data across a range of entities. You’ll play an important part in statutory reporting, management accounts, regulatory returns and continuous process improvement—helping ensure robust controls and high‑quality outputs across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting members of the Financial Reporting team with day‑to‑day delivery of financial outputs
- Preparing complex working papers and posting financial journals
- Managing intercompany settlements and delivering relevant management accounts
- Leading or chairing monthly entity review meetings and preparing associated financial numbers
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, including tagging
- Producing regulatory returns (where applicable)
- Identifying process efficiencies and supporting implementation of improvements
- Supporting consolidation journals, analytical reviews and ad‑hoc projects
- Ensuring strong financial controls and adherence to conduct standards
- Communicating accounting principles to non‑accountants and building relationships across teams

We’re looking for someone who brings solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical ability and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You’ll be comfortable managing your own workload, working independently and applying sound judgement. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and continuous improvement are key.
- Qualified accountant or part qualified with significant experience
- Strong statutory accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with competence in Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills
- Experience working within a multi‑entity Group environment
- Understanding of alternative profit measures (APMs) or experience preparing regulatory returns
