Overview
The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling all reservation enquiries, ensuring a seamless and personalised booking experience in line with Leading Hotels of the World brand standards. The role supports the execution of revenue strategies by maximising room sales opportunities, maintaining accurate data, and delivering exceptional guest service at all stages of the booking journey.
The Reservations Agent works collaboratively with Front Office, Sales, and Groups & Events to ensure accurate communication of guest details and contributes to achieving the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
