As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards, reflecting our quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to 5‑star standards.
  • Ensure all rooms are immaculately presented, including bed‑making and replenishment of amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and integrity.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
