The Role

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards, reflecting our quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to 5-star standards
  • Ensure all rooms are immaculately presented, including bed-making and replenishment of amenities
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately
  • Handle guest belongings with care and integrity
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Deliver discreet, courteous, and professional service when interacting with guests
  • Maintain linen rooms and housekeeping trolleys in an organised manner
