Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our 5-star boutique hotel. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services. You will lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver impeccable service that reflects the elegance and standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations across all service areas
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure service standards consistently meet 5-star expectations
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
