You will lead learning and therapeutic nurture provision for a small group of Reception and Year 1 pupils, in collaboration with a Teaching Assistant, shaping its development from the outset.
The role requires warmth, patience and resilience, with a focus on emotional regulation, inclusion and reintegration into mainstream classrooms.
