About this Role
St James' CE Academy is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, confident, and highly organised Office Manager to play a vital role in our day-to-day office operations. You will need to have exceptional organisation skills and the ability to put processes in place that are streamlined and structured.
The ideal candidate will:
- Live our school values and encourage all to flourish
- Have previous line management experience and will thrive in a busy office environment where competing priorities are the norm
- Have excellent written and communication skills
- Show initiative and independence while working collaboratively
- Proficient in using IT systems and software packages, and emails
- Experience of the education sector
- Willingness to undergo training, embrace lifelong learning and be eager to gain new experiences
- Kind and flexible team player
