Responsibilities
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team in theimplementation of school policies and procedures
- Taking responsibility for the School’s DataManagement System.
- Managing and maintaining Arbor Finance and ArborEducation MIS
- Maintaining communication with the school’s wider community.
- Promoting the school’s Catholic Values
- Promoting the aims, objectives and ethos of theschool.
- Providing the first point of contact throughface-to-face visitors to site or through telephone and email contact.
- Liaising with external agencies as appropriate
- Ensuring specific day to day functions of the schoolrun smoothly
- Ensuring a healthy, clean and safe environment ismaintained to high standard
- Establishing good working relationships with allstakeholders
Qualifications
- First-hand administration experience
- Keen eye fordetail, punctual and organised
- Ability to hit theground running with little guidance
- Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written
- Understandhandling confidential information
- Able to work independentlybut also as part of a team
Knowledge of DataManagement Systems including Arbor Finance and Arbor Education (of comparative)
