Role Description
The AI Implementations Strategist role is an on-site position based in Falkirk, focused on exploring and supporting the integration of AI tools into research, program design, and evaluation activities at SJRC.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include analyzing existing workflows to identify opportunities for AI-supported efficiency, assisting with data preparation and basic modeling tasks, and supporting the selection or configuration of AI platforms aligned with ethical and safeguarding standards.
The strategist will collaborate with researchers and program staff to document requirements, test pilot solutions, and create clear guidance on responsible AI use in community-based development and anti-trafficking contexts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in data analysis and AI concepts, such as familiarity with machine learning basics, data cleaning, and interpreting model outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical problem-solving and tools use, including working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or entry-level programming for prototypes.
