Two dynamic and growing benefices are seeking a new leader. The Bridge Coventry (St John's Westwood & St Stephen's Canley) and St James Fletchamstead seek a passionate leader for this cluster of three distinctive churches on the vibrant south side of Coventry.

  • A Leader of Leaders who can support our staff and volunteer teams.
  • A leader with a deep spirituality and infectious love for Jesus who can provide good biblical teaching and prophetic insight.
  • Someone with significant mission experience, ready to oversee the vision for 5 new centres of outreach in the next 10 years.
  • A champion for our status as a Growing Faith Learning Hub.
  • A collaborative team player able to navigate diverse theological perspectives with grace and sensitivity.
  • A person who will support major building projects to make our centres mission-ready.
  • They will also be committed to playing a full and active part in the life of the Deanery and Chapter.
