ST James Facilities is seeking a Guest Experience Events & Concierge Lead to be based on-site on a tenant floor, coordinating meetings, events and front-of-house services. You will manage the full lifecycle of internal and external events, ensuring a 5-star guest experience across multiple floors and venues. You will lead the Concierge team, liaise with reception, hospitality, IT and AV teams, and provide proactive, friendly service to VIPs, clients and colleagues while maintaining high standards.
