The role:

As a HVAC Engineer your role will consist of:

To provide repair and maintenance services throughout the hotel.

Ensure maintenance services provided achieve the required Companys standard.

Collaborating with Vendor engineers & managers to integrate and optimize HVAC systems in building designs.

Conducting and supervising installations and ensuring conformity with engineering designs and standards.

Performing and overseeing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Airconditioning, Ventilation, system inefficiencies, and mechanical malfunctions of Hotels.

Preparing technical documentation and system reports for compliance and maintenance records.

The requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

F-Gas Certification (Compulsory) .

Previous hotel or complex building engineering background.

Level 2 or 3 NVQ Diploma in Heating & Ventilation.

Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.

Ability of handling more than one job at a time.

To be able to work as per duty roster.
