St James' Cof E Academy seeks an experienced SENDCo to lead SEND provision across three DSAMAT primary schools.
You will ensure statutory SEND requirements are met, support identification and intervention, and oversee EHCPs with multi-agency collaboration.
You will develop staff through coaching and professional development, analyse SEND data to drive improvement, and build strong relationships with families and external partners to enable all children to flourish.
