St James' Cof E Academy is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with various needs, including those with EHCPs.

You will work with the SENCO and class teachers to adapt learning, apply support strategies and ensure pupils access the curriculum confidently.

This hands-on role focuses on staying engaged, breaking learning into manageable steps, and using appropriate communication and behaviour strategies to meet individual needs.
