Role Summary: We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a child within our school on a permanent basis. One post will initially be based in Reception supporting a child with medical needs (full medical training will be provided); One post will initially be based in Year 6 supporting pupils with SEN; Both posts are part of the wider support team and staff are expected to work flexibly across the school according to pupils' needs; the school is committed to an inclusive model of support.
Responsibilities: This is a wonderful opportunity to make a significant difference to a young child's educational journey. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the child access learning opportunities, develop confidence and independence, and fully participate in all aspects of school life. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to provide tailored support that enables the child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
