St Ivo Academy is recruiting a Teaching Fellow in Religious Education (RE) to deliver high‑quality lessons, support student progress and uphold the Academy’s values and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons that secure strong progress and outcomes for all students, using a range of effective teaching strategies and approaches.
  • Create a positive, well‑managed classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour, engagement and aspiration.
  • Demonstrate secure subject knowledge to support students in achieving strong outcomes at GCSE.
  • Use assessment and performance data effectively to monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
  • Support inclusive practice by meeting the needs of students from a wide range of backgrounds, abilities and behaviours.
  • Uphold and promote the values, policies and professional standards of St Ivo Academy and Astrea Academy Trust.
