You will be based in our St Ives, Cornwall boutique providing world-class customer service.
We offer our lovely customers unique and bespoke high-end apparel and lifestyle products designed and made by us using the finest organic cotton; premium leather and natural stones.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers and provide an outstanding experience, directing them to our bespoke product range.
- Act as a brand ambassador; deliver world-class, personal customer service; demonstrate exceptional product knowledge (after training); and build enduring quality customer relationships.
- Engage with customers in a sincere manner to convert browsers to buyers; use strong communication skills to support sales.
- Maintain the boutique in a clean and tidy condition; conduct regular stock takes; approach problem solving positively; and convert interest into sales.
- Represent the high-end designer brand in a manner appropriate to the environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience of working in a sales environment is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Understanding of design and fabrics; ability to speak other languages is desirable.
- Available to work the specified days and hours.
