WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Beverage-Focused, with flexible F&B support)

  • Bar & Beverage Service — Your Main Focus
    • Prepare, pour and present drinks to spec
    • Mix simple cocktails confidently and consistently
    • Serve wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks with product knowledge
    • Keep the bar stocked, clean and beautifully presented
    • Maintain responsible alcohol service and follow licensing laws
    • Manage orders, tabs and payments accurately
    • Provide warm, engaging and attentive service to every guest
  • Food Service Support (When Needed)
    • Deliver food to tables with confidence and professionalism
    • Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment
    • Assist the restaurant team during peak times
  • General Responsibilities
    • Uphold hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards
    • Maintain stock rotation and report low stock promptly
    • Work together with the F&B team to deliver smooth, efficient service
