WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Beverage-Focused, with flexible F&B support)
- Bar & Beverage Service — Your Main Focus
- Prepare, pour and present drinks to spec
- Mix simple cocktails confidently and consistently
- Serve wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks with product knowledge
- Keep the bar stocked, clean and beautifully presented
- Maintain responsible alcohol service and follow licensing laws
- Manage orders, tabs and payments accurately
- Provide warm, engaging and attentive service to every guest
- Food Service Support (When Needed)
- Deliver food to tables with confidence and professionalism
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment
- Assist the restaurant team during peak times
- General Responsibilities
- Uphold hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards
- Maintain stock rotation and report low stock promptly
- Work together with the F&B team to deliver smooth, efficient service
